Aviation Line Service Technician

Granite Air Center is seeking a line service technician to provide high quality service to general aviation customers. No experience necessary, will train the right person. Responsibilities of this full-time position include, but are not limited to fueling, parking, towing, and de-icing aircraft, as well as fuel farm operations, general grounds & building maintenance, and assisting customers on arrival & departure. Physical requirements include stepping up & down ladders and equipment, lifting up to 75 lbs, bending and stooping, standing & walking for extended periods, and good hand-eye coordination. Position requires working flexible hours, weekends, and holidays. Primary shift is 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with consecutive days off. Line service techs are key employees who must be committed to safety, able to follow procedures, operate equipment, learn & execute hand signals, and understand aircraft refueling requirements. Candidates must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment. Excellent customer service & communication skills and basic computer & math skills are required. On the job training provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of aviation operations, prior experience & a good sense of humor a plus. 401(k), health & dental, paid vacation. Customer Service Representative - Part-time

Granite Air Center is seeking a part-time customer service representative. Shift will be Saturday and Sunday nights from 2 pm to 10 pm. Customer service representatives assist customers with services such as fuel ordering, catering, hangar requests, accommodations, & ground transportation. Other responsibilities include answering questions & resolving customer issues, complying w/ ramp, safety, & security procedures, invoicing & accepting payments, communicating via phone, fax, face-to-face, e-mail, and air-to-ground radio, and maintaining the appearance of passenger & pilot lounge areas. Position involves standing/walking 85% of the time. Friendly rapport, sincere interest in helping customers, ability to prioritize tasks & balance competing needs in a calm, efficient manner required. Basic computer & math skills, high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license required. Interest in aviation & good sense of humor a plus. Must be able to pass FAA compliant background check.
